Midas Oil & Gas Ltd was officially licensed by the National Petroleum Authority as an LPG Marketing Company on 15 March 2013.
Our story
From licensing to integrated energy services
Midas Oil & Gas began with a licence and a clear purpose: to supply LPG reliably to Ghanaian customers. From that starting point the company has steadily developed its capabilities in LPG marketing, supply and distribution.
Over time, the same disciplines that make LPG distribution work — sourcing, logistics, documentation and safety — allowed Midas to extend into broader oil-and-gas support services, including procurement and the supply of materials, equipment and technical solutions.
Today Midas operates as an integrated LPG and energy services provider, serving retail outlets, bulk consumers and energy-sector customers, while preparing for the evolving LPG distribution model in Ghana.
